Initially a qualified accountant, he enjoyed a career of almost 20 years with Michael Page International, finishing as Managing Director of the Group’s UK businesses. Since 2000, he has been involved in a number of different businesses, including start-ups, turn-rounds, acquisitions and disposals. In addition to his very “hands-on” involvement with Sport2Business, he is currently a non-executive director of a small number of other businesses. |

| A legend in Rugby League, Matt retired from his playing career in 2010 and headed back home to re-establish his life in Australia. He is currently the Chief Executive of Newcastle Knights is the contact point for Sport2Business operations in Sydney. |

| Crista is a leading member of the England Hockey Squad and is a key player for Leicester Hockey Club. She has her sights firmly fixed on success in 2012. As an Associate of Sport2Business, Crista will be the main point of contact for athletes who are looking for part-time work to finance their competing career or for full time employment when their career in competition comes to an end. |

As the S2B Associate for cricket, Luke will be the primary contact point for players (past or present) who wish to pursue commercial careers. |

He captained Esher RFC to league victory in the 2009/10 season while also finding the time to gain degree level qualifications and start a family. He is currently employed by Miramar as an Executive Search Consultant within the energy sector. |

| Previously a Director of Hudson Global Resources, Russell grew their market-leading executive recruitment and HR Consulting Operation across Asia, before becoming a Director of Hudson’s European business. He is currently International Director of Reed Specialist Recruitment, based in Dubai, and assists S2B with its growth strategies. Russell’s many years of experience were invaluable in designing the technical backbone of the Careers After Sport/Sport2Business services. |
